Mel's back and shoulder have still not not improved despite seeing a Physiotherapist. She is off to the Osteopath today for some crunching and grinding which terrifies her.Officially she should not be doing any digging at all but, desperate to get dirty, she was spotted last Sunday forking away outside the greenhouse.

hi, i've just found your blog after following a link from a link etc, looks marvellous, lots of hard work going on and seeds! exciting time of year, I am leaving a comment here because I am a receptionist for a chiropractor who often says 'motion is lotion' so while I am obviously not an expert sometimes keeping moving gently is the best thing to do. good luck , I'll pop in again.
