We were just about to head off to Allotment 21 when a Great Tit was caught on Spouse's birdbox cam. I had noticed some blue tits looking last week and had rigged up the tv set just in case...We came back from the allotment for lunch hoping to see some nesting material but there's no sign of them this afternoon.

I came in for lunch & had to check blogs (sad, but true). Thanks for visiting my site & for the link. I may have sheep, but you have a birdbox cam! I brought in my spouse to show him. I can hardly wait to see the box developments.
It should come with a 'get a life' warning as we have spent hours this afternoon staring at a black and white image of an empty nest box. No sign of anything for the rest of the day though. Fingers crossed for Sunday...
Well I hope you have speedier success than we did with our nesting box. It was 200 feet up a tree so visible at eye level from our front window (entertaining watching The Boy Arthur and friend try to fix it but that'a another story) After 8 years of training a telescope on it, we finally got two baby owls last year
I don't think an owl would fit through the hole!
