Tiggy the Cat is 18 years old and rubbish at catching birds. I hope she's not getting any ideas.

January 2006 - Frankie & Mel are starting up an allotment occasionally helped by their husbands, Nick & Steve. The plan is to grow lots of veg and some flowers. Nick and Steve want to wear smocks, smoke pipes and drink cider... Allotment 21 will end in January 2007 when we hope to move house. www.facebook.com/frankiesgardendiary

My computer connection is slow so didn't quite get the whole show, but finally figured out that if I put the headphones on there would be sound too! Chirps and all... That's so cool! (How'd you do that?!)
And Tiggy looks like he appreciate the cam just for him! (Or is Tiggy a she -- that part has been blipped out of my mind since I came here to comment...)
cat-o-vision, better view that looking at them out of the window?
Tiggy's going..."Man that's a big bird. I'm glad I'm retired! Leave it to the young whipper-snappers to deal with!" Or maybe.. "back in my young days, I would've had that bird for breakfast. These young cats are probably not even out of bed yet..." Don't tell my cat about this. She still thinks its a treat to watch the clothes tumble in the washer.
The funniest part is when the tit leaves the nest. The hole is at the top of the tv screen and Tig tries to catch it when it goes - she thinks a bird really is going to pop out of the top of the tv. She almost does it on the clip but I will try and film it again when she is in full hunting mode.
Very amusing - she obviously recognises that it is a bird - but enormous and from an angle that she has probably never seen.
Probably a good thing that she is not usually a bird catcher.
