My favourite food to date from Allotment 21 has to be the borlotti beans cooked in the Jamie Oliver way. Only the very bright pink ones are ripe enough to pick and they really are delicious.

I have loads of dried Borlottis left over from last year, and they are indeed most excellent in stews, casseroles and the like.
